Mr. Paciulan has more than thirty two years experience handling intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and the development of Intellectual Property Rights Management (IPRM) plans for clients. His practice concentrates on complex electrical, electronic and mechanical systems and devices. He has particular technical expertise in the fields of microwave, antenna and computer systems.
