Mr. Wallace joined F. Chau & Associates as a law clerk in 1999, becoming an associate in 2000 and taking the role of a member in 2008. Mr. Wallace is experienced in intellectual property prosecution and counseling in the technical fields of semiconductors, software and network technology, organic compounds and biological testing systems. He routinely advises clients in the management of domestic and international patent portfolios. In addition, Mr. Wallace handles opinion work and prosecutes trademark applications in support of his clients' intellectual property goals.
